Wednesday, March 14, 2012 Presented by: Bruce Bell Currently serves as the Unit Program Specialist / Harlingen Unit for The Texas Dept. of Assistive and Rehavilitative Service. Mr. Bell earned his Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from UT Pan-Am and is a certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Licensed Profesional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. Mr. Bell also has a background in business management an is experienced in working with individuals with a broad array of disabilties in therapeutic treatment and job placement. |
